Spring Slow Yoga + Acupuncture:

Rising gently

Wednesday May 13 2026 | 7 - 8:30pm

With Matt O’Meara R.A.C. + Annicia Fogal RYT 200+

Join us for an immersive experience designed to embody the elements of Spring. Spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the season of Wood and governs the Liver and Gallbladder— growth and renewal. It is a time for detoxification to release stagnation and encourage space for new growth. Spring cleaning! Spring asks for flexibility not force. As the energy of the season begins to solar power up, we support the liver system, the nervous system and aid the energy to unfurl naturally - like buds opening in their own sweet time.

We’ll move slowly through a grounding practice designed to support the liver and gull bladder meridians. Shapes will invite you to into your side bodies and hips and cultivate an energetic and mind body decluttering. You’ll rest in a guided savasana with acupuncture (always optional).

This is an invitation to clear, to tune in and reconnect with your inner reservoir of wisdom through nervous system regulation tools. In this restorative session with Annicia and Matt you will declutter to feel spaciousness all in support of navigating and tuning into Spring’s rhythm.

All bodies/minds/hearts welcome - All shapes + acupuncture optional
