Summer Slow Yoga + Acupuncture:

Lit from within

Wednesday August 16 2026 | 7 - 8:30pm

With Matt O’Meara R.A.C. + Annicia Fogal RYT 200+

Join us for an immersive experience designed to embody the elements of Summer. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is linked to the Fire element, Heart and Small Intestine meridians — the season of warmth, joy, connection, movement, and an open heart. It invites us outward: toward community, expression, play, and vitality, while also reminding us to slow down enough to avoid burnout beneath the heat.

This summer-themed evening weaves together slow yoga and acupuncture to help regulate the nervous system, soften excess heat, and reconnect you to the season in a grounded, nourishing way. Expect movement, deep rest, and space to settle into the long light of summer. Shapes will invite you to gently open your chest, soft shoulder release, gentle spinal movement and supported rest designed to create space for ease, expression, and calm within the intensity of summer. You’ll rest in a guided savasana with acupuncture (always optional).

In this seasonally curated session with Annicia and Matt you will quiet the noise, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and gently returned to yourself, lit from within.

All bodies/minds/hearts welcome - All shapes + acupuncture optional
