Winter Slow Yoga + Acupuncture:

The stillness within

Wednesday February 11 | 7 - 8:30pm

With Matt O’Meara R.A.C. + Annicia Fogal RYT 200+

Join us for an immersive experience designed to embody the elements of Winter. Winter in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the season of Water— depth, wisdom, and restoration. It is a time for introspection, to nourish the roots, and honor stillness as medicine. The kidneys and bladder are the organs most active during this season, guiding our sense of vitality, willpower, and emotional resilience.

We’ll move slowly through a grounding practice designed to support the kidney and bladder meridians. Shapes will invite you to settle deeply, warm the kidneys and cultivate quiet strength and replenishment. You’ll rest in a guided savasana with acupuncture (always optional).

This is an invitation to rest deeply, to tune in and reconnect with your inner reservoir of wisdom through nervous system regulation tools. In this restorative session with Annicia and Matt you will fortify the body’s energy reserves to support yourself through winter’s dormancy.

All bodies/minds/hearts welcome - All shapes + acupuncture optional
