Join Kenzie as she supports your rhythm of training, adventure running, riding, and pursuit to move well. Explore mobility, strength, and recovery practices that help balance repetitive patterns of adventures on the trails. Intentional movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to build resilience in both body and mind to unwind the miles. This practice invites movers to move well, cultivate a deeper relationship with their bodies; learning when to push, when to soften, and how to remain grounded.

Meet Kenzie:

Kenzie is a Kinesiologist, Yoga Therapist, ultra marathon trail runner and optimist who believes our most powerful performance tool is the relationship we build with our Self.

With a background in sports performance, over 1000 hours Yoga therapy training, and a deep love for the mountains, her work bridges sport, nervous system awareness, and the quieter practices that bring us home to ourselves. She is endlessly curious about how resilience is built not only through pushing our physical limits, but through learning to listen, regulate, and move with intention.

Kenzie’s classes weave together anatomy-informed movement, yoga therapy principles, and moments of reflection that invite athletes to slow down and tune in. As a lover of pushing the boundaries of our sport, she believes strength and softness belong in the same practice. She teaches for the love of yoga, for the love of sport, and for the love of the Self that carries us through it all
